News of the Week
- Friday, Oct. 14th Early Dismissal 12 Noon.
- Reminder that dismissal is at 3:00pm.
- I want to inform you to please remember to take home the sleeping mats every Friday for washing and always remember to return them on Monday's.
- Gym uniform is to be worn on Friday's.
This week the children will be learning the following:
Religion: Children will learn about God's creations.
Reading: Children will listen and respond to the story "Little Red Riding Hood."
Phonics: Children will identify uppercase and lowercase Cc.
Phonemic Awareness: Children will identify beginning sound /c/.
Math: Children will learn about counting from 1 - 5.
Science: Children will learn the life cycle of an apple and pumpkin.
Social Studies: Children will learn about the role of a farmer .
Sight Words (4yr. old Group): Children will learn to read and write the sight word "blue."
