Dear Parents,
-  I have attached in your child's homework folder a "Behavior Log" sheet.  This log will be sent home every day to keep track of your child's behavior in the classroom.  As you are aware the class behavior chart has been taken down from the class bulletin board.  For this reason I have been personally communicating with those parents that I am able to see during dismissal regarding any behavior issues.  For those parents I am not able to see during dismissal, this chart will help keep you aware of your child's daily behavior.  Please make sure to sign the log under each assigned day and return it in your child's homework folder daily.  If you have any questions please see me in the morning.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Ms. Rodriguez
