Handwriting - Write uppercase and lowercase Ee in the notebook.

Phonics - Draw and label a picture with beginning sound /e/ in the notebook.

Math - Identify and write the number 1.  Count the rabbits and color a square in the graph for each rabbit.

- We will have a small Thanksgiving Day celebration in the class for the children on Wednesday, 11/27/13.  If you can please cooperate with $4.00 we will greatly appreciate it. Thank You!

- Wednesday we will have Mass at 9am and then we will have the Thanksgiving Day party for the children.  Children are allowed to wear their dress-up clothes.

- Our Annual Thanksgiving Canned Food Drive continues until tomorrow.  Any canned foods that you can contribute will be greatly appreciated.  The class with the largest amount of cans collected will win a pizza party.

Homework - Thursday, 11/7/13

Religion - In your child's folder is an activity sheet for completing a Family Tree.  You have the option to be as creative as you want with your child.  You can use the activity sheet I provided or use that same format on any other type of construction paper or poster board paper.  You can have your child draw the pictures of the family members or utilize real photos.  Have fun with the project and help your child be creative.

Week of 11/4/13 - 11/8/13

News of the Week 
- Thank you for helping out with our Halloween festivities and for your wonderful contributions.  I will be posting pictures on the blog this week for your viewing of our Halloween party.

- Tuesday, Nov. 5th Class Picture Day and the Regional Board of Directors will be visiting our school at 11am and will be visiting all classrooms.  All children must be in Full Dress Uniform.  On Wednesday, Nov 6h. Notre Dame Universtiy, from the Madrinas Scholarship Program will also be visiting our school from 10:30am - 12 noon and children must also be in Full Dress Uniform.

-  Thursday, Nov. 7th is Dress Down Day.  Children are allowed to wear their play clothes, NUT cards do not need to be purchased from Mrs. Resto.

- Friday, Nov. 8th School Closed - Data Day for Teachers.

- Monday, Nov. 11th School Closed in observance of Veteran's Day
