News of the Week
- Kindergarten Registration is now Open! Scholarships Available! If you have any questions regarding Kindergarten please let me know. If you have any questions regarding registration or scholarships please call Ms. Alba at the school office.
- Touring Tuesdays has begun. New parents can set up a Zoom meeting with Ms. Alba or Mrs. McGarry to visit our school through Zoom.
- We will have a Valentine's Day Party for the children on Wednesday, Feb. 10th. If you can please send $3. to order pizza for the children for lunch I will greatly appreciate it. Also, the children are allowed to wear play clothes on Wednesday, no uniform and wear something red or pink.
- School will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 11th and Friday Feb. 12th for Teacher Conferences. School will also be closed on Monday, Feb. 15th in observance of President's Day.

This week the children will be learning the following:
Religion - Children will understand the importance of good deeds. Children will also learn about the story of St. Valentine.
Reading - Children will listen and respond to "The Nightingale."
Phonemic Awareness - Children will learn letter sounds /l/ and /m/.
Phonics - Children will identify uppercase and lowercase Ll and Mm.
Math - Children will compare numbers and identify which number is "greater than," "less than," or "equal to".
Science - Children will learn about the states of matter.
