- Wednesday, December 18th we will participate in Lessons and Carols at the Church 8:30am children will sing a Christmas Carol. All children are to dress up and wear something red or green.
- Thursday, December 19th Mrs. Claus and the Elves will be visiting Pre-K and Kindergarten students.
- December 20th Early Dismissal 12 Noon. After School program will be closed. Children will have their Christmas party and I am asking for $5. for pizza, juice and other treats. Children are allowed to wear dress down clothes.
- School will resume January 6th.

This week the children will be learning the following:Religion - Children will learn about the Christmas story.
Reading - Children will listen and respond to the story "The Shoemaker and the Elves."
Phonics - Children will identify uppercase and lowercase Hh.
Phonemic Awareness - Children will identify beginning sound /h/. Children will identify rhyming words.
Sight Words - Children will learn to identify and read the sight word "for."
Math - Children will identify numbers 6 and 7. Children will count objects to 7.
Science - Children will learn about different forms of weather. Children will create rain in a glass bottle.
