News of the Week

- Please make sure your child has received their flu shot and their immunization record is up to date at the school office.

This week the children will be learning the following:
Religion - Children will learn about God's gift of animals.
Reading - Children will listen and respond to "Jingles, Poems and Rhymes."
Phonemic Awareness - Children will learn letter sounds /i/ and /j/.
Phonics - Children will identify uppercase and lowercase Ii and Jj.
Math - Children will identify and write number 9 and 0.
Science: Children will learn how snow is formed.
Social Studies: Children will listen and respond to the story, "The Mitten."
