This Week Children will be learning the following:
- Religion: Children will appreciate that in the Bible we have many wonderful stories of Jesus showing us how to love.
- Science: Children will learn about the states of matter.
- Phonemic Awareness: Children will letter sound /e/. Children will decode words.
- Phonics: Children will identify uppercase and lowercase Ee.
- Reading Comprehension: Children will identify main idea in a story and create their own books about the Bible and community helpers.
- Math: Children will understand subtraction as a separating action. Children will rewrite number sentences in vertical form.
- Social Studies: Children will continue to identify the role and importance of community helpers.
