- Halloween Party will be Friday, Oct. 30th. Children are to wear their Halloween costumes to school. Please remember that weapons such as swords, guns etc... are not allowed. Also, girls are to wear appropriate shoes, princess costumes with shoes with heels are not allowed for safety reasons.
- Halloween Parade will begin at 9am all parents are welcome to attend the parade.
- Also, I am asking all families to please donate $5. to purchase McDonald's and other Halloween treats.

- This week we will continue ELA and Math Module 1 themes on "All About Me - 5 Senses" and "Counting 1-5."
- Use the Math Newsletter I included in your package during our Parent Meeting to help your child practice the math skills they will be working on the next couple of weeks.
- Continue to work on identifying the letters in their name and writing their name, use the handout I gave out as a guide.
- Children should also continue to practice writing all the letters we have been working on. Have the children use play dough, tracing lines to form letters or other materials of your choice.
- Review Identifying:
Letters of the Week: Mm, Tt, Rr, Ss, Cc and Pp.
Sight Words of the Week: I, my, the, and, see, in.
Color Word of the Week: red, blue, yellow
Numbers of the Week: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
