- Science: Children will learn about the states of matter.
- Phonemic Awareness: Children will identify rhyming words.
- Phonics: Children will identify uppercase and lowercase Ff.
- Reading Comprehension: Children listen and respond to Dr. Seuss books in honor of Dr. Seuss birthday. Children will identify main idea in a story. Children will retell a story in sequence order.
- Math: Children will understand subtraction as a separating action.
- Social Studies: Children will identify the role and importance of community helpers.

- On Wednesday, February 14, 2018 the children will still be allowed to wear something red, no uniform.
