Halloween Reminder
Halloween Party is tomorrow. Children are to wear their costumes to school. Children will have a Halloween Parade throughout the school from 8:30am to 9:30am and parents are welcomed to join us for the parade but must leave the school after the parade. Children are to bring a "trick or treat" bag for the parade. Thank you.

I will be collecting $5. to buy McDonalds and other treats for the children. Childen will have a Halloween Parade throughout the school from 8:30am to 9:30am and parents are welcomed to join us for the parade but must leave the school after the parade.
- Throughout this week the Pre-K classes will be having a Book Fair on the 1st floor by the school office to help raise funds for Pre-K expenses. If you are unable to attend the book fair in the morning you can send me the money in an envelope with the titles of the books you would like your child to purchase.

News of the Week
- Friday, Oct. 11th we will have early dismissal 12 noon.
- On Tuesday, Oct. 8th at 10am Firefighter Rubio and Firefighter Moreau will visit our school to speak to the children about fire safety.
- This week we will be celebrating Hispanic Heritage and children will learn about different hispanic cultural traditions. We will specifically learn about how a pinata is made and which cultures and countries in Latin America incorporate pinatas in their festivities.
- On Friday, Oct. 11th - childen will be assesed on identifying and writing uppercase and lowercase letters Aa and Bb, also on identifying letter sounds /a/ and /b/. Childen will also have a math assessment on identifying shapes.
