News of the Week
- Welcome Back! Want to take this moment to welcome you all back and to thank you for all the beautiful Christmas gifts. Thank you all so much!
- Reminder that your child must have the flu vaccine to be able to return to school tomorrow.
- Please remember to return your child's sleeping mat back to school tomorrow.
- Parents of my four year old group please review sight words and letter sounds everyday with your child.
This week the children will be learning the following:
Religion: Children will learn about the Three Wise Men and God's gift of animals.
Reading: Children will listen and respond to the story "Jingles, Poems and Rhymes."
Math: Children will identify number 8. Children will decompose and compose 6 and 7.
Social Studies: Children will learn about geographic areas.
Sight Words (4yr. old Group): Children will learn to read and write the sight word "funny"
Review: 4yr. old children should be reviewing the following sight words everyday at home: a, and, away, big, blue, can, come, down, find, for.
