News of the Week .
- Thursday, March 23rd Gym uniform.
- Friday, March 24th School Closed, Active Shooter Training Day for Teachers.
- Friday, March 31st we will have a class Easter Party if you can please donate $5. for pizza, juice and treats. We will appreciate it. On this day children are allowed to wear their Easter best to school.
- Please make sure your child wears their mask to school as we are running out of disposable mask. We have also run out of Baby Wipes if you can please donate a pack, we will greatly appreciate it. Thank You.
This week the children will be learning the following:
Religion: Children will continue to learn about forgiveness.
Reading:: Children will listen and respond to the story "The City Mouse and the Country Mouse."
Phonics: Children will identify uppercase and lowercase Nn.
Phonemic Awareness: Children will identify beginning sound /n/. Children will blend CVC words.
Math: Children will continue to learn about comparing numbers. Children will identify the number 11 and count for groups of 11.
Science: Children will learn about how matter changes.
Sight Words (4yr. old Group): Children will learn to read and write the sight word "look."
Review: 4yr. old children should be reviewing the following sight words everyday at home: a, and, away, big, blue, can, come, down, find, for, funny, go, help, here, I, in, is, it, jump, little.
