News of the Week
- Thursday, Oct. 15th is National I Love Lucy Day, children are allowed to dress up as one of the characters from the show, there will be a contest. This is optional.
- Friday, Oct 16th Dress Down Clothes, No Uniform for $1.
- I want to remind all parents of remote learners to please remember to upload homework assignments to Google classroom so I can review the completed assignments and check your child's progress.
This week the children will be learning the following:
Religion - Children will learn about God's gift of earth and plants.
Reading - Children will listen and respond to the story The Three Bears.
Phonemic Awareness - Children will learn letter sounds /c/ and /d/.
Phonics - Children will identify uppercase and lowercase Cc and Dd.
Math - Children will identify, analyze, sort, compare and position triangles, circles, rectangles and squares.
Science - Children will learn about the life cycle of apples and pumpkins.
Social Studies: Children will learn about the job of a farmer.
