News of the Week
- Tuesday, May 15th children are to be in full school uniform as their photo will be taken and sent to the Moglia Family to thank them for our new Smartboard in our classroom and air conditioners in the lunchroom.
This Week Children will be learning the following:
- Religion: Children will learn about being good followers of Jesus.
- Science: Children will learn about water absorption.
- Phonemic Awareness: Children will identify letter sound /m/.
- Phonics: Children will identify uppercase and lowercase Mm.
- Reading Comprehension: Children will compare and contrast story details.
- Math: Children will measure objects using nonstandard units and use a balance scale to measure weight.
- Social Studies: Children will differentiate between goods and services.
Letters of the Week for Review: Cc, Oo, Gg, Aa, Dd, Ss, Ll, Ii, Tt, Ff, Ee, Hh, Uu, Bb, Rr, Nn, Mm.
Color Words of the Week for Review: Pink, Yellow, Brown, Orange, Black, White, Blue, red, green, purple.
Sight Words for Review: go, can, a, and, I, down, my, play, little, big, the, look, is, it, in, to, find, funny, for, help, here, run, away, make, see, not, said.
